Please note that in the TABLE of CONTENTS (page 2), each race is linked to the page where those candidates are found. Just click on the race you want to see...no need to page through races that may not be on your precinct's ballot.
Tips to make voting convenient, speedy and informed:
...Go online to check Your Voter Registration Status. Here's how: Click here to go to the Dallas County Elections website. When there, fill in your name and click on "Submit". The next screen will show your precinct number and your polling place (if you choose to vote on Election Day) for your precinct.
If your voter registration and precinct information do not come up, call Dallas County Elections Department (214-819-6389) to find out why you're not listed.
...If your voter registration and precinct information do come up on the screen, click on View the Ballot for this Precinct, print out your ballot and look at the races that you will be expected to vote on.
...There are over a dozen judgeships on the ballot. Our Voters Guide will be a tremendous resource in determining your choice. Having decided your preference, mark it on your sample ballot.
...The law allows you to take this marked ballot with you inside the voting booth. By having it to refer to, your voting will go faster than ever!
