We had 27 members attend today's (July 24th) scheduled zoom meeting for the 2021 Special Annual Meeting Supplement.

We were short a quorum by three members and therefore a vote was not taken on the mail-in ballot position and the by-laws.

Thank you to the members who did attend today's meeting.

Please mark your calendar to attend next Saturday, July 31st, at 1:00 p.m. to reconvene for this discussion and vote.
