The Nuts and Bolts of Dallas City Redistricting - 6:30-8PM

Lindsay Kramer, former Dallas City Demographer during the 2010 redistricting will explain the rules and implications around CVAPs, VAPs, incumbent protection and other strategies related to city redistricting, including their proper and improper use. Ms. Kramer earned her Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University in 2004 and is a certified planner by the American Institute of Certified Planners. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Currently, Lindsay Kramer is a Senior Land Use Planner in the Zoning & Land Use practice with Munsch Hardt Kopf and Harr, P.C. A brief Redistricting Committee meeting will precede Ms. Kramer's presentation and discussion. Please join us prepared to ask lots of questions - and to express your outrage should you be so inclined.
